I think my best advice is to keep busy, i know its easier said than done, and im definitely having a rough time, but i always feel a little bit better when im actually busy. I also love to write letters, and making care packages :) since his is only a short one, i can only send the letters to his base in california, but at least he will be coming home to a bunch of letters. Also, since me and my SO are on rough terms ive been thinking and realizing i know it was hard when we were apart but i still actually had him, and i shouldnt have allowed myself to be as upset all the time, so if we can work out our problems im going to only allow myself one dat a week to actually be upset, because i know its hard but you just gotta keep telling yourself that youre going to see him again :) and that he loves you.

I went through one last July and am currently going through another, although its a shorter one. Its been really rough though. If you ever need anything, let me know!
