It's amazing how being a military wife makes me pay so much more attention to specific dates...especially the first day of each month. If you're a military wife whose husband deploys, May 1st means you're either leaping for joy because you're one day closer to seeing your loved one come home, or you have that horrible feeling in the pit of your stomach when you realize you are one day closer to watching them board that plane. I am thankful that through those ups and downs, I have God on my side...and by side. I believe that each day, He is there to celebrate life's happy moments with us, and comfort us when we need it most. Regardless of circumstances, He is ALWAYS there♥
