I always wear my Marine Corps sweatshirt and I have a liscense plate that says "My heart belongs to a US Marine". Plus other things. I love to show my pride. How do you all show your pride?

I love the fact that no matter who I meet who has a loved one in the military, there's an immediate bond with that person. We just understand each other. What do you like?

My big baby
-He's on leave and sick. So today I went over to his house to bring him tea and to keep him company while he gets over this last bit of being sick.
As he was in the kitchen getting himself some icecream, I was in his room watching Family Guy...-
Him *from the kitchen*: Jacqui!
Me: What?
Him: Jacqui! Come here.
Me *walking to the kitchen*: Is something wrong?
Him: Can you make me some more tea?
-I hold up my left hand and point to my empty ring finger and begin to walk away-
Me: You are 20 years old. You can heat up water and put a tea bag in it.
Him: But you came here to baby me!
Me: Damn... I did... Fine...
Him: I love you.
Me: Uh-huh.
