I always wear my Marine Corps sweatshirt and I have a liscense plate that says "My heart belongs to a US Marine". Plus other things. I love to show my pride. How do you all show your pride?

I love the fact that no matter who I meet who has a loved one in the military, there's an immediate bond with that person. We just understand each other. What do you like?

So losing weight in your feet is very common when you lose a significant amount of weight, well ever since I had lap band surgery(weight loss surgery) I hadn't really experienced much difference in my shoe size. Really all I'd experienced were that size 10 sandals (w/ a strap or something across the middle/top) fit normally rather than so tight I had to go up to size 11(if I could). But I didn't think I'd lost any in size(like length wise I guess you could say).
So Saturday (4/7/12) my mom and I went to Payless b/c she had a 20% off coupon, and we were hoping they'd have these cute wedges from the commercial in the store and we were both going to buy a pair. Well we got to the store and I tried on these purple "suede" platform stiletto's and I thought they were kind of big, but eh, whatever. Well then I found these cute wedges, (mind you I was in the size 10 section, where I've been my entire adult life and most of my teenage life), well my mom immediately said "those are too big" but I disagreed. So I went to walk in them to make sure they didn't rub the back of my heel, well first step one flopped right off! So I was like "hm, maybe I have lose some in my feet," so I went and picked up the same shoes in a 9 1/2, well I could barely get them on my feet they were so tight, I went ahead and stood up to try and walk in them, but I was like no way, way too tight.
So basically I'm like a size 9 3/4! How odd is that! My mom and I had a good laugh about that.
