well i say just by surrounding yourself with positive people and positive things that you love or love doing will help a lot.  Stress never really goes away if you're in a military relationship, you kinda just learn to live with it the brightside is you become stronger and when you look back you're amazed of how far you came.  So even though you're passing through a moment right now, cheer up cause it's just that, a moment. Oh manicures help too ;)

That's why im so stressed i had surgery in January and it just seems likes i'm still getting caught up in school and it sucks because it is frustrating and stressful you know?! & I do keep myself around family both mine and his which has become just one big family but still it just seems like i'm constantly trying to fight the stress. But i am checking into a gym membership this weekend. <3

My stress is often maximized with school and work. This is the first time it can't be solved with my boyfriend. I have gotten a gym membership and continue to surround myself with family. In the end once you accomplish everything you'll be so proud of yourself!

If you dont already have a gym membership... get one! It helps alot. and you can find what relieves the most stress whether its running... weights... swimming... yoga... find some time every few days to do one of those and see what helps.
