I love the fact that no matter who I meet who has a loved one in the military, there's an immediate bond with that person. We just understand each other. What do you like?

I did adopted a soldier when I was younger . I had fun with it . Little did i know when I grew up I would be marring one. I got to
thinking today that my little sister might also like to adopted a soldier. She has enjoyed herself as she has wrote Xavier over the past 4 months. She is 11 and going into the 6th grade. So I called her into my room tonight and asked her if she would like to adopted a soldier. She was funny she goes can I pick him out and bring him home. I explained to her what adopted a soldier meant. Right a way she was on bored with it . She is excited about adopted a soldier of her every own to right why they are deployed. So we singed her up through adopted a soldier site . It did not take very long and now we are waiting to get her soldier. I just though it would be a great idea and also giver her something to do. What do you guys think about it? Was it a good idea? I just wanted to ask what you guys think about the idea.
