8 Things That Could Make You Burst Into Tears When Your Man Is Away

Tear jerkers of the week...

  1. Looking at the calendar and realizing it’s only been a day since the last time you checked it.
  2. Watching the movie Dear John.  (and wanting to smack her for not waiting, I know, we get it, it’s hard...)
  3. Seeing a couple holding hands in public.
  4. Walking anywhere and seeing a military man in uniform.
  5. Seeing a missed call from him when you only put your phone down for one second.
  6. Hearing his voice on the phone after days of worrying.
  7. Falling asleep without him.
  8. Walking up with out him.

How about watching chick flicks??? My husband isn't a huge fan, but when we do watch them together they are soo much more enjoyable than when I am alone and he is deployed... Sorry for the language, but chick flicks f*****g suck when your husband is gone! haha

One day at a time. I would go insane if I truly sat and thought of how much time is left.

So true!! But I'm almost through my first week. I call that a big success! Only 393 days to go and about 56 weeks left... Let's hope some are a little better.
