I hate this part

I just spent an amazing weekend with him. And now I have to go home. I don't know when I'll get to see him again. Even before I had to leave him I started distancing myself. I hate that I do that to him. I don't want to it happens unconsciously. I miss him so much. Does anyone have any advice about how not to do this?
