So I don't know how many of you know, but I have had lap band surgery, it's a form of weight loss surgery. I wanted to share my progress
Starting Weight:297.5 lbs
Starting BMI: 46.5
Starting Chest Measurement:I believe 46 inches
My starting Bicep and Forearm measurements are unknown.
