Lewis Mighty is a young boy from Derby/England who was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma in 2008. After his hard and long battle, he was told yesterday that he only has 48 hours to live.
After the tragic news lets us put our hands together and pray for this absolutely amazing little boy. It doesn't matter where you are light a candle and pray for him to pull through.
Tonight the skies of Derby have never looked as pretty as thousands of people have let off…

Remember, this is a temporary situation! As fast as the time flew by leading up to this, the time will pass just as swiftly getting through it. We may only be weeks in, but soon we will be months down and wondering where the time went.

Hiya, no Anthony hasnt been before this is his first tour. Ive heard alot of soldiers say they loved their first tour and others say it was boring :-s Anthony was really nervous about going but he is strong and we didnt get into deep convos about it because like you I just welled up everytime I still do now, and also because I wanted him to go away knowing I was ok and that he had nothing to be 'scared' about I cope better when I dont talk about it, the fact he has phoned me already has helped :-) I dont know what to say hun, what did he do out there before? I can imagine it is nerve racking but aslong as you are strong and he can focus on the job at hand and not weather you can cope or not - be strong!!!
Oh dont worry hun I was dreading it to I was a mess everytime I spoke about it or to him haha, I even went to see him off but I didnt get to see him :'( but if Im honest the not getting to see him of made it that bit easier he phoned me instead. Im now on day 4 yes I miss him like crazy but im ok :) I didnt know how I would feel but I know he will phone me soon and i feel better for posting my first package!! x
