I always wear my Marine Corps sweatshirt and I have a liscense plate that says "My heart belongs to a US Marine". Plus other things. I love to show my pride. How do you all show your pride?

I love the fact that no matter who I meet who has a loved one in the military, there's an immediate bond with that person. We just understand each other. What do you like?

I work two jobs Target and Mcdonnals so that I can pay off my school debt. I've been working at Mcdonnalds since Aug. 2011 and Target is going on my 3rd week. The last two mornings I've been sent home from work at Mcdonnalds. Yesterday was for well nothing actually. I was trying to talk to my Asst, Store manager about how one of the managers on Sunday night had been sexually harassing me. Instead he walks away in the middle of what I am saying and shrugs it off I say maybe I should just…

Hello...Nice to meet you :-)
Hi! I'm fine :) How are you??
Thank you Breeezy.
I can't even really remember where i even found that profile pic that i have up right now, i think i found it like on photobucket or something.. can't really remember -- it's a little ''AIM'' icon but, i figured it would work on here so, i put it up. :)
hi:)
I'm doing ok thanks :)
Hi! How are you?
You have to be a strong woman for it to "work"...especially in today's military! With all the deployments...schools and training, my husband has been away from home a lot! Don't get me wrong, like any other couple, we've had out bad times too - but for me, the good times ALWAYS outweigh the bad! Anything is possible as long as you're willing to be there for him through all his times away! I've seen so many relationships / marriages fall apart because of all the separation couples HAVE to go through. For me, I always have 1 thing I ask myself when times get rough.... "Is it / HE worth it" and my answer for the past going on 19 years now has ALWAYS been YES! My husband is a great man! He spoils me rotten but more than that, he treats me with respect and loves me more than I could have ever hoped for! We're best friends and I think that's one of the many reasons why we've made it! My husband has been gone for 2 months now and we still have a few more months to go before we'll be together again. In the meantime... I just keep busy! I have awesome friends that somehow seem to know when I need them...They never let me sit around long enough to get depressed about my husband not being here! Surround yourself with positive people and stay true to yourself and your boyfriend / husband and in the end... ask yourself... is it / he worth it and if your answer is yes, keep pushing forward! Good luck!
the mcdonalds hotline 3 is 1-800-244-6227 they're open 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm central time. If they don't have a way for you to report sexual harassment, I believe the eeoc can point you in the right direction on how to go about handling the situation(http://www.eeoc.gov/contact/) companies absolutely have to have anonymous ways for employees to report sexual harassment or misconduct w/o feel of punishment, it's the law.
