- My boyfriend and I have been through a lot since he has joined the Army. We have yet to go through a deployment yet. He is currently stationed in Fort Hood, TX. We have been together for just about 4 years now. This whole Army thing has been really hard, but I have a lot of support from my friends and family. I'm in college and I play soccer there so it keeps me busy, which helps. Alex and I met my Freshman year in High School, we went to the same school as well. He was friends with my neighbor and they would ride their dirt bikes together and race. Him and I started talking and hanging out all the time. We started dating and we broke up for awhile but not really we talked and everything, we never really got over each other. We have been through A LOT! haha. But things are better than ever and now I make every minute I'm with him count because I know he'll be leaving and I know that I won't get to see him for awhile. We are pretty much High School Sweethearts ;) I love him so much, and don't know what I would do without him. No doubt in my mind that we will be together forever! I am proud of my soldier and proud to say that I am an Army Girlfriend! :) <3
Along with my boyfriend being in the Military, my cousin Login is in the National Guard, my friend and ex-neighbor Matt has just joined the National Guard, and my neighbor who was like my big brother also was in the Army and went overseas. They all mean a lot to me and have been a big part of my life. :)

So I need advice!!! I'm so frustrated and ughh I don't know. My boyfriend gets mad at me if I'm busy or can't talk to him on facetime or the phone when I'm doing other things. I know a lot of people are like well talk to him every chance you get, but sometimes I'm legit busy. He only has work during the day and then gets off at 5 and goes to work out and stuff. Hey everyone, so one day I was just on Youtube looking up random videos and I happen to come across this Zac Charles guy. He is/was serving overseas in Afghanistan and he would write his own songs. I was really bored and listened to every song that he had written and I fell in love. He is an amazing singer and he writes most of his songs for his wife which is adorable! My bf's graduation is coming soon on the 18th of May. I SWEAR i was jus thinking of lying and telling him that i wont be able to make it! But if i did i would have to lie to his parents too because they dont know how to keep a secret for anything in the world lol. Well they say that Fort Benning is like the melting pot for training infantry men! And I that its true lol. I was down there this past weekend for my bf's 36 hour pass. IT FLEW BY and I hated to leave. I know you had a great time with your soldier down at Fort Hood. It went by too fast didnt it? Were you two alone? I had to share him with his fam most of the time this past go round lol
