The director of the program, Dr. Jessica Borelli, is a military wife. Her husband has deployed 6 times, and her goal is to develop programs to help military families.

i'm going to be going through my first deployment with my soldier veryy soon. i just wanna know maybe what to expect and what are good ideas to put in the care packages

My Boyfriend just left and wont be back until May or June of next year.I'm trying to stay strong but not having my family close makes the situation harder. I promise him I was going to be ok :( but every day that goes by it gets harder. I miss my Marine, my LOVE my friend.:*(

This summer.  It's going to be my first deployment without a strong support system.  But, gotta get a job and keep myself busy busy busy!! :)

I am so scared for this upcoming deployment! I will be living in California all alone far away from all my family and friends, I honestly don't know how I'm going to do it :(

I think traveling is a good idea but you're right it is expensive.  Are there new things you can try in your area?
