Hey ladies. So I figured this group will be our way of sharing and bragging about workouts to keep us motivated! Tell us what work out you did today, how far you ran, new running shoes you bought, the latest detox smoothie recipe, anything! I am loosing inches where it counts, I am feeling better, and confident that I can keep it up in the next 12 weeks before Steven gets home!! I am wanting to get back in the MMA too, just I don't know how to balance, work, school, working out, and still have time to relax. . .

I'm so worried about him coming home and being disappointed in the way my body looks. I Will have a few months after the baby is born to lose the baby weight. I just need some tips on how to lose it quick when you're emotionally and physically drained from keeping up with two kids under the age of two. HELP!!!

I still have a long way to go and a lot to lose, but I lost 17 lbs in the 8 weeks while my husband was at Basic Training and went from a size 14 to a size 10 and I attribute a lot of that to running! I used the Couch to 5K program to get started because I am NOT a runner at all! My husband was so proud when we ran together too!
