ok everyone. I need P90X or the Brazilion butt lift workout! I do my own butt and ab workouts that I got from pinterest, and I also try to run AT LEAST a mile everyday (I would LOVE to do more), but my puppy wont let me! I take him with because he looooves getting out of the house but the most I can do is about half a mile because my dog keeps stopping. Ha he's kinda frustrating me because once we get home he's full of energy! So I need some way to keep fit if I'm only getting in half a mile run every night.

This is a great group thank you for letting me join!  I lost over a hundred pounds while my husband was deployed last year!  I think stress is the BEST diet!

Hi! okay so my girlfriend left for bootcamp about a month and a half ago. I have had little to no motivation to work out :-/ . I've done a few crunches, but that's about it. I guess I'll try alittle harder. There's just one thing slowing me down.... Nicotine.

i ran 5.6 miles today! not too bad after taking a week off for spring break! now i have to decide what my work out will be tomorrow....someone give me one! :)

If you all want to get your butt in shape I suggest the Brazilian butt lift DVD. It seriously kicks my butt to the point I borderline want to throw up haha. But the pain means its working!
