Hey ladies. So I figured this group will be our way of sharing and bragging about workouts to keep us motivated! Tell us what work out you did today, how far you ran, new running shoes you bought, the latest detox smoothie recipe, anything! I do my runs in the morning before I eat because it burns FAT not glucose from food. After I get off work this evening, I will be going to Bikram yoga (115 degrees yikes!) which is an AWESOME work out. :) Sometimes I will replace my morning run with a trip to the gym or a hike but running and yoga are my workouts of choice ;)
