ran WAY more than i thought i could 7.6 miles! it was slow but steady. I neeeeed to stay focused on working out but mostly eating healthy over the weekend. That's my weakness..ugh. Keep it up everyone!!

Had to cut my workout short because the baby woke up early, I didnt let that stop me though I did squats while holding him lol

Kali: bikram is regular yoga but it's in a room that's heated to 110-115 degrees! Sometimes more sometimes a little less, depending on the teacher! It's amazing, you feel soo good after. And 3.4 is good! Especially that you improved and went farther. :)

Today, I ran 3.4 miles....which is .6 miles more than i ran last time!(2.8) and that may not seem like a lot but for someone who hates running as much as I do, its a big accomplishment! Haha

This morning, I woke up and ran 3 miles before it got too hot. I do my runs in the morning before I eat because it burns FAT not glucose from food. After I get off work this evening, I will be going to Bikram yoga (115 degrees yikes!) which is an AWESOME work out. :) Sometimes I will replace my morning run with a trip to the gym or a hike but running and yoga are my workouts of choice ;)
