im new to group but i actually workout twice a day.  it really helps pass time and i wanna be in great shape for my husband nd myself. I do Insanity (which btw is an awesome workout!!) ive done many others before including power 90, billy blanks, and numerous classes from zumba to kickboxing and Insanity challenges me more than any of them. i use that as my aerobic activity every morning and i spend about an hour to 1 1/2 hrs in the gym each night doing toning. Im only 5'3 and all i have to do is look at food and i gain weight lol, so its a constant fight for me to keep in shape. Im just gonna work hard and do my best :)

I picked up a video at Best Buy just before th hubby left and started it tonight.  Bob Harper Total Body Workout.  I haven't done the gym or gone running or anything really in a few years (I have a 4 year old, 3 year old, and 2 month old)  It kicked my butt!!  I could barely finish half of the DVD before my muscles basically protested and I crumpled on the floor!  I feel so incredibly out of shape but oh my gosh it feels good to feel that burn again!

hello everyone just joined to this group i'm a part time zumba instructor...if anyone here in San diego california...who loves/fanatic of zumba ,would love to meet all of you...i'm certified to teach zumba fitness& zumba toning!! currently i'm looking for a new place to teach particularly in san diego area!!

I am new to this group. I am a work out junkie. I did 3 Los Angeles marathons, was set to do a 4th this year when december of 2011 i blew my left knee out well it was painful enough not to run, so I am walking, i want to get back to running again. ive gained 15lbs or so since then. today i downloaded a book onto my computer called US Marine fitness, sounds like a kick ass work out, ill start on monday 04/09/12. I am trying not to give up., i have to say i hate walking yes its good exercise but I love the feel of a good run. and hope to be back doing it again. My knee doesnt hurt anymore and i thank god for that. I want a bikin body so when my boyfriend comes home I look good, and look good enough for our wedding sometime down the road, hope that is soon, i miss him like crazy and at times it is hard, but i stay strong

Just joined this group... maybe I can get back to my last summers look when he comes back in 6 months time =) Im going thru first deployment (in a new place where I kno no one) So maybe this could help me =) I was doign P90X religiously for a month.... then he left, I stopped. I wasnt motivated anymore bcuz he wasnt commin home to say cute things to me anymore (super lame I know) but completely motivational. I wanna look the way I did last summer super tone and happy. but as of right now its been pizza hot pockets and chocolate... he's only been gone about a month and a half... Somethings gotta change, and its my attitude. Ive compiled a "schedule" more or less, of tiems to work out. but even then, I get bored and just wanna sit down =/

So any advice to not get sad and wanna give up??
