ive been running for a couple of months now...and sadly, i havent lost weight. BUT that isn't my #1 goal, i just want to be fit! so, im happy to say i've noticed my legs getting a little more toned. so happy! this group inspires me! <3

I've been doing P90X and Brazil Buttlift for like 4 months now....obviously not religiously cause I don't see a huge difference. But I highly recommend it to anyone that wants a butt kicking workout from the safety of their own home (:

And o problem April! I'm the same way sometimes.. just remember: it didn't take you a week to get to where you are right now, so you can't expect it to only take you a week to get to where you want to be :)

You can do it April! I've found that having a routine to stick to is helpful and mixing up workouts keeps me entertained. Having a work out buddy would be awesome though... I know I get really lazy too, especially when school ramps up or I'm just tired.

Samantha - a friend of mine got into running with an app on her iPhone (smartphone, etc.) called "Couch to 5k". I think they have a website too! It literally got her off of the couch and she and I run 5k's all the time together now. Some simple cross-training for that would be running stairs - sounds miserable, but it's great cardio and it tones the legs, booty, and abs really well.
