What are some ways to get you motivated? I have my two little boys all the time so its hard to just go for a run.. even a walk I take them with but they get tired. So I'm thinking about getting a membership and having them go to the free daycare the YMCA has for a couple hours..

You guys know what's really good? Herbalife! It's kind of similar to the Body Bi Vi thing but better because each shake is only 150 cals and it fills you up. It has 20+g of protein.  I lost fifteen pounds doing it and I'm still going!

Also,  @ Maureen-  I know a bunch of people who have tried body by vi and all of them have lost a ton of weight.  My sister-in-law's family does them.  I didn't really like the taste of them, but I guess you can make them a bunch of different ways.  You def have to stick with the shakes, but if you do you are def going to lose weight!  And it's a healthy option too.  Good luck with whatever you chose!

Thanks Allee...  down 20 lbs!  The second pic is a few weeks old and I'm not as cut anymore because I've been slacking in the gym.... but when David gets back I plan on getting back to my old routine!

This is what the free Y membership did for me...  When deployment started (Nov, 2011) to when deployment ended (June, 2012).

I have the willpower I just want to make sure it works lol I am a sceptic about things but I'm kinda desprite now bc what I have been doing is slowing down result wise
