Permalink Reply by Molly Woodworth on March 29, 2012 at 11:08am When I run I don't listen to anything... I don't like having the headphones smack my arms and I use my phone for music, which kind of weighs me down.
But when I do other stuff I like upbeat stuff. I usually listen to metal... but when I'm exercising give me Lady Gaga, Robyn, and maybe some more eccentric stuff like Royksopp and VNV Nation :) It has to be complex and upbeat otherwise I get bored.

Permalink Reply by Amber Celeste Phillips on April 23, 2012 at 10:36am I have a playlist on my phone titled "running." It mostly consists of rock music: The Sounds, Hinder, Rise Against, Godsmack, Joan Jett, Five Finger Death Punch, Seether, Disturbed, Flogging Molly, Shinedown. I've also got some of 3oh!3, Johnny Cash, Miranda Lambert, Cobra Starship, and Eminem. Basically, anything I can tolerate and that has a good beat.

Permalink Reply by Casey Lowery on July 19, 2012 at 2:24pm Pretty much anything upbeat but it also depends on the work out. Occasionally country but that is better for slow work outs or walks.
