I always wear my Marine Corps sweatshirt and I have a liscense plate that says "My heart belongs to a US Marine". Plus other things. I love to show my pride. How do you all show your pride?

I love the fact that no matter who I meet who has a loved one in the military, there's an immediate bond with that person. We just understand each other. What do you like?

Hey ladies, since it's getting to be the swimsuit kind of weather and I've put on the weight I managed to lose, I was wondering if y'all have any workout plans that you might be willing to share with me?

Permalink Reply by Joshlyn Wallace on April 17, 2012 at 5:51pm if you're losing weight to get into a bikini, just shut your face(kidding) people in their damn bikini's. As soon as I am REMOTELY small enough to fit into one and feel okay w/ it, I'm buying one, and I don't care if it's in winter when that happens!

Permalink Reply by Breeezy Parker on April 21, 2012 at 9:11am I've never really put on weight yet in my life but I've been told drinking two cups of water before every meal can make you drop weight quickly and its good for you!
Lots of veggits and Fruits is what my diet is full of I eat very little meat I walk almost every day. Drink water through out the day staying away from fast food. (I never eat it!) I cut way back on Soda. I just look at what it can do and grossed myself away from it. lol
but Like I said I've never really gained weight so I don't know if I just have a fast metabolism or if I've just been eating and exercising right all these years. regardless all small little ways to help :)

Permalink Reply by Kasey Rose Alleman on April 24, 2012 at 4:14am Me and my husband just started body by vi! I lost 5lbs the first week and he lost 4. He saw most benefit from it bc he has big issues with portion control...I do not. The shakes are good, etc. I need to get more motivation for working out...he has not that much of an issue working out.
If anyone wants any information on body by vi go check out the video on my link!
