I always wear my Marine Corps sweatshirt and I have a liscense plate that says "My heart belongs to a US Marine". Plus other things. I love to show my pride. How do you all show your pride?

I love the fact that no matter who I meet who has a loved one in the military, there's an immediate bond with that person. We just understand each other. What do you like?

when he has had a long and bad day at work and when we finally get the chance to talk on the phone he lashes out on me, but i sit there and take the heat until he is done throwing everything he has to let out.

lol. i do the same at times but mostly just wait til he finishes and the conversation ends bad. til the next day he apologizes then i know that he knew what he was doing and he just needed to let it out. i just happened to be that person who got the short end of the stick.
