I first met my fiance Eric when I was probably 10 years old and he was 14. He's been my cousin Cody's best friend since elementary school. Cody's little sister Haley is 7 weeks younger than I am, so we were pretty much always together when we were younger. If I were over at there house, I would always get really excited when Eric would come over but never really said anything to anyone. I even would go to my cousins soccer games just to watch Eric play :) I always had a really huge crush on him, but never thought I would have a chance because he was 4 years older than me.

Fast forward a looong time to about 2 years ago. I was headed up to South Dakota to pick up a car that I had just bought with my daddy. As I'm on my way home I get a call from my cousin asking if I wanted to go out with them that night. At first I didn't really want to, because I still had a lengthy drive home & knew I'd be tired, but they had mentioned that Eric was with them... So of course I sucked it up and went out :)   That entire night was kind of surreal. I couldn't believe that this guy that I had liked for so long was actually flirting with me.  

After talking for a while, he confessed to me that he has had a crush on me since he was in high school, but never got the nerve to say anything to me because he thought I was too pretty for him. 

We only had 2 weeks until he left for bootcamp, so needless to say we were always with one another. Then, when he graduated I rode to Chicago with his mom & we went to an amusement park where he asked me out while taking off on one of my favorite rollar coasters :)  

Now, a year a six months later.. we are engaged as of Dec. 26, 2011 :)

I was newly single, going out to downtown Monterey with some of my best girls. One of my friends noticed a group of guys staring at me, so I decided to walk up to them and ask if anyone wanted to dance. All of the guys pushed my fiance towards me. We went to the dance floor, but instead of dancing we ended up talking. He asked me out on a date the next day. As soon as he opened the car door I knew I was in for it. They dont make southern gentlemen in California. After our first date, we were inseparable. After only ten months of knowing each other, he got on one knee and asked me to marry him. I couldn't be happier.

When I was in the 8th grade, my now boyfriend Josh came to my school. We instantly clicked and became best friends. We tried dating but then realized that we just weren't mature enough. All throughout high school we became closer than ever. Sometimes I felt more like a mom to him than a best friend. If you would have asked me back then if we would ever end up together, I probably would have told you I was crazy. Josh went off to boot camp last June and we stayed in contact the whole time. We wrote letter back in forth. Once he went to AIT we would call and Skype each other all the time. He came home on a short leave and while he was home we couldn't get enough of each other's company. After that we decided that it was time for us to finally be together. It took us a long time but I couldn't be happier.

Me and my mine met at the Summer Vacation Bible School at church years ago. We dated (but were really young) and broke up. Then years later he found me again and had joined the military, I was in a relationship with my daughters father and so we went our own ways again. And finally last March we found eachother once again online and he had just gotten deployed. But we knew it was meant to be and he;s been my best friend and better half ever since ! <3

He had just graduated high school and I was about to be a sophomore. I was hanging out with my best friend, Joe, and we went to go pick him up. My sister was in the front seat so I was sitting in the back and Corey had to sit back there too. He didn't really acknowledge me till we met up with our other friends and someone mentioned something about me and my twin sister only being 15. The first thing he said to me was "pfft you're only 15?" and the rest of the night he kept making fun of my age because they were all 18. Well a week later I saw him again and after I had left he got my number from my friend Joe and he texted me. A month later we were dating. We've had our rough spots from time to time but here we are almost 3 years later engaged :)

I met my hubby through my brother of all people. He would give me rides home from school and about a month or two of free loading rides I texted him a "Merry Christmas". We just never stopped talking. He found out that his girlfriend at the time was cheating on him. (Idk how! hes so sweet!) I stuck by his side when he needed me and a week after we started dating he was there for me in a way I never thought Id need. I saw my mom get ran over by a car. After she was revived and put in an ambulance I was so upset. The police wouldn't let me drive to the hospital. I had no choice but to call Josh. He came and got me and stayed with me until 4am. I fell so fast for him.

It was my first day of high school and I was nervous and like any other girl I was scoping out the new boys and wondering who was single or taken. Matt sat behind me English class and was in almost every single one of my classes. We clicked instantly and he was in ROTC. We became best friends within a few months and now at 21 years old I'm his wife. It seems like yesterday and forever ago all at the same time. We went through basic,7 or 8 different training trips and now it's our first deployment. But it's been 6 years..and we grow strong with each second that goes by.

So mine is actually one most girls will look down on me for! But it happened & I don't regret one bit of it!... So here goes....

1st off I was never in a mixed relationship before, but one of my friends actually has a mixed baby. So one night we was at the club, well she saw Terrence(my marine) & wanted his number, so the club was closing and I stopped him so she could get it! He gave her the number & we all left! They got together & was only friends with benefits for a few weeks or so. During that time we all hung out, & him & I got along so great, we conversated more than they did! Well one night my other friend & I decided to go out to the club, just so happen to run into him as he was walking out, when he came back he asked me to dance with him. I didnt think nothing of it. Well after we danced the club was closing, so he met me at my truck. & Asked to ride with me (he rode with a friend to the club & his car was at their house) so we rode around & talked for hours. He finally admitted that he always had a thing for me! & was way more into me than her. And all kinds of things, like i said we was out for hours & all we did was talk! We eventually kissed that night. & that was it! Well the next day we texted all the time! I had already known he was leaving for bootcamp. But that night is what made us start! But he stopped talking to her & was only talkin to me. I came out & told her what was going on. She was mad, but eventually came back to try to be my friend, but things wasnt the same so since we have drifted! We started dating August 11th,2011! Then October 10th,2011 he left for bootcamp! We wrote all the time & I have faithfully stuck by his side! We are still to this day as amazing and in love as the 1st night! I do NOT regret one thing about this!! He makes me happier than I ever even imagined of being! It's an amazing feeling! Every day I really fall more in love with him! He already has a ring for me. Both his plans of purposing have fallen through! But he will be home in June!! :) I am so ready to have the other half of my heart back home! :)

Velle and I met when we were 10 years old when we were in the same 5th grade class and forced to sit next to each other. We were instant best friends. We were pretty much inseparable all through out high school. We tried the dating thing for a little while our senior year, it only lasted about a month. We didn't really get serious until after he returned from AIT. We'd always had had chemistry and people say they are with their best friends, but I'm dating my life-long best friend who used to think I had cooties. :)

I was actually engaged to someone else when Dean and I met through a mutual friend almost two years ago. There were absolutely no feelings between us then. Our friendship slowly began to build past the only-hanging-out-with-mutual-friends stage to actually becoming best friends. Still though, there were no inappropriate feelings while I was in another relationship. I left my then-fiance about a year ago for so many reasons including his cheating and general lack of maturity. A few weeks later I was at a party with our group of friends, and I was quite tipsy... my best friend (who introduced us) was moving to Charlotte with his girlfriend and I was whining to him that he was leaving me when I realized that Dean was leaving for BCT later that year too... I found him and crawled up in his lap and cried and told him he couldn't leave me, and he hugged me and told me he didn't want to. Later that night, after everyone else had passed out, he kissed me, and we've pretty much been together ever since. And apparently, all of our friends knew we would end up together before I even left my ex-fiance. And now I have a new fiance who is also the best friend I've ever had, and the love of my entire life. (:

 So its not super cute but I met michael November 8th at my first Poole function after I DEP'd in he had the most amazing green eyes and I think I just about choked when he smiled at me.he was our poole's guide and never in a million years would I expect him to be interested in me. I never spoke a word to him until dec. 28th when he contacted me and gave me his number we talked and by New Years we were on our first date unfortunately we only had 22 days before he shipped to MCRD PARRIS ISLAND and he asked me to be his girlfriend on the thirteenth So we are a new couple and I'm excited to see where it goes

me and my marine(richard) were ( i still am =/) in highschool. it was only a couple of weeks into school my freshman year. and of course as a freshman you want to get to school super early and hang out with your friends. at least that is how it is at my school. he was a sphomore. i was joking around with a friend of mine telling him the band ICP sucks cuz it was his favorite band. Then out of no where Richard came up and started agreeing with me. saying o ya it sucks and all that. well i went up to a friend of mine who was a sphomore too and asked who he was. so we started talking and like 3 days later on september 8th of 08 we started dating. he didnt actually even ask me out my friend did it for him. its almost been 4 years now. he told me a while back that he had no idea what ICP was he just wanted to talk to me. =)
