This is a story long over due.the theme of the subject is red white and blue.when you think army you think camo and guns.but really this story is for their loved ones.for every soldier is a family right behind him.if love was the sun it would blind him.for me I'm proud to be in the silent ranks.but it's time to raise our voice louder than the engine roar of army tanks.we are the ones who worry and stress.waiting for that phone call that we feel we will never get.the letters we write are all happy and full of faith.but the turmoil we feel is full of dread and wait.always put that smile on show others were fine.behind closed doors we sit with tears and broken time.but all that sadness is gone when we see him again.homecoming is heaven and we get back our best friend.we bless the soldiers and we give much thanks.but I think a definite applaud is appropriate,give it up to the silent ranks!
